Canadians are leading the charge with energy efficient lighting technology and are reducing their country's energy consumption as a result.
The Ontario Power Authority recently reported that electricity use in Ontario is decreasing. From 2005 to 2007, the average per capita consumption of electricity decreased by about four per cent.
Interesting, this recent report gives partial credit to the entrenchment of LED Christmas lights.
Congratulations Ontario! You give us all something to shoot for.
