Finally! Not blue
I switched to LED Christmas lights about 3 years ago and bought a set of "white" mini lights at Lowe's. Well, the lights were not white--they were blite. Yes, blite. They were more blue than white. I looked around and found that all of the white LED lights in the stores were like these and they look horrible. I did some research about this online because I did not understand why LED could not produce a natural looking white light. What I learned was that this is just a function of cheap LEDs. I found HolidayLEDs.com and figured I'd give these lights a shot because since the description said they were not blue and they have a good return policy. I received the lights in two days and plugged them in. Viola! a real set of crisp white lights. I knew they existed. Don't waste your time or money on the cheap stuff--these are the real deal.
