C7 and C9 Retrofit Bulbs
Our LED C7 and C9 retrofit replacement bulbs are warrantied for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase for seasonal (90 day) use. *Our C7 and C9 LED replacement bulbs are not intended or warrantied for permanent installation. This warranty is only available to the original purchaser. This warranty is void if light set is damaged by abuse, misuse, neglect, improper handling or storage, or if any of the identifying labels are removed. In no event shall HolidayLEDs.com be liable for incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury or lost business profits, resulting in any defects in the light set. We process the warranty claims for our C7 and C9 LED bulbs for the first year. After the first year you may have to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service depending on the product purchased.
PAR Style LED Replacement Bulbs
Our PAR30 and PAR38 LED light bulbs are warrantied for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty is only available to the original purchaser. This warranty is void if the bulb is damaged by abuse, misuse, neglect, improper handling or storage, or if any of the identifying labels are removed. In no event shall HolidayLEDs.com be liable for incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury or lost business profits, resulting in any defects in the light bulb.
What We Will Do
If your LED replacement bulbs fail during the warranty period we will repair or replace the product. If we cannot repair the product and the item is no longer available we will replace your product with a comparable item of equal or lesser value of your choosing. This warranty is only available to the original purchaser. This warranty is void if light set is damaged by abuse, misuse, neglect, improper handling or storage, or if any of the identifying labels are removed. In no event shall HolidayLEDs.com be liable for incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury or lost business profits, resulting in any defects in the light set.
You must pay all shipping costs for warranty service.
Warranty claims without proof of purchase will not be honored. In most cases, we can confirm your purchase if you provide us the email address associated with your order.
To initiate your warranty claim, please complete our warranty claim form. No warranty claims will be accepted unless pre-approved by us and accompanied by a copy of completed warranty claim form.
