LED Rope Lights Warranty

Our LED rope light is guaranteed for a period of 1 year for seasonal (90 day) use from the date of purchase for indoor or outdoor use. This warranty is void if light set is damaged by improper assembly, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper handling or storage, or if any of the identifying labels are removed. In no event shall HolidayLEDs.com be liable for incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury or lost business profits, resulting in any defects in the light set.

If your rope light set fails within the warranty period we will, at our option, either send you a repair or splice kit or ask you to return the defective rope light to us for repair or replacement.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for warranty claims. HolidayLEDs.com does not pay return shipping for warranty claims which are refused.

To initiate a warranty claim please complete our warranty claim form. We will not accept any warranty claims that are not accompanied by this form and which have been authorized by us.
