Return Policy & Warranty Information

*Please read this carefully before sending us any products for return or exchange. All returns must be approved by submitting the RMA form referenced below and shipped to the appropriate return address. Unapproved returns which are received may not be processed.

  1. All returns must be pre-approved by HolidayLEDS.com

  2. All return items must be returned within 15 days of shipment date.

  3. All return items require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requested through the website or by e-mail. We will not process any return without an RMA. You can request a return through your account.

  4. All returned items must be in new or unused condition and in the original packaging. Returned items that appear to have been used or without their original packaging will not be refunded. Test your lights before unpacking them.

  5. All shipping charges associated with the return, except manufacturer defect, are the responsibility of the customer.

  6. No returns will be accepted after December 21st even if it is within 15 days of purchase.

  7. Any product returned, except for manufacturer defect is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  8. The lights you are purchasing are among the best in the industry. All are either UL or CSA/US approved for temporary installation and are warranted against manufacturer defect for 1 year.

  9. If an item is defective contact us immediately through our website or by e-mail. Please keep your receipts and manufacturer warranty information. In some cases, you may be required to request the warranty directly from the manufacturer.

  10. We may offer some of our products at Closeout Pricing. These discount purchases are final and may not be returned unless defective.

Warranty Information

IMPORTANT NOTICE ON USAGE: All seasonal lighting such as Christmas lights are designed to be on display for up to three seasons (one season equates to 90 days per calendar year; so 270 days over three calendar years), after which they are then removed from display and stored until the next seasonal event display. They are not meant for continuous use year-round. This usage note does not apply to low-voltage products or patio/bistro lights, which are designed for use the entire year if desired.

3-Season Warranty on bulbs and string lighting products.

Unless otherwise noted our lighting products are warrantied from the date of shipment until three seasons later, based on normal product use and subject to the usage notice above.

Note that the warranty is null and void if the product has been altered, modified, or cut in any way. The warranty applies to the product only and does not cover costs incurred for shipping.

How to Initiate a Return

If you would like to initiate a return, please log in to your account to begin a return request. Don't have an account? Complete the Return Merchandise Form. Once you have submitted your return request, we will review it and send you an email approving or denying your return. The completed form will be emailed to you and must be printed out and included with your return.
