*Holiday Shipping Schedule
We will be closed for the Christmas holiday from December 22-26th. Orders placed during this period will ship on the 27th. We will also be closed on December 30th for the New Year's holiday. Orders placed on this day will ship on January 2nd.
Shipping Methods
Our standard shipping method for all orders being shipped to customers in the lower 48 is UPS or FedEx Ground. Our standard shipping method for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada is USPS priority. We also offer at least 1 expedited shipping option such as UPS 2nd Day Air or FedEx 2Day. If you require overnight shipping please contact us.
Off Season Order Processing Times
During the off-season, December 24th through October 1st, orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. We generally ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Most orders received on a shipping day before 12 p.m. EST will ship that day. Orders received on a non-shipping day or over the weekend will ship on the next shipping day.
In Season Processing Times
During the holiday season, October 1st through December 23rd, all orders received before 2 p.m. EST on a weekday will ship the same day. Orders received over the weekend or on holidays will ship the next business day.
Shipping Times
Shipping times depend on the location shipped to and the shipping method selected. All orders ship from Jackson, Michigan or Milwaukee, WI. Most orders shipped via standard ground shipping will arrive within 5 days from shipping date. Orders shipping to the Midwest or East Coast will generally arrive within 2-3 days.

Order Tracking
You will receive an email from us as soon as your package is shipped from our facility. This email will contain a tracking number which you can use to track the shipping status of your order. You can track you order at the UPS website or the FedEx website. We will also update the status of your order in your account as "shipped" and include the tracking # for your reference.
