Standard Shipping

Our standard shipping method for all orders being shipped to customers in the lower 48 is UPS Ground. WE SHIP FROM JACKSON, MICHIGAN 49202. We also offer at least 1 expedited shipping option such as UPS 2nd Day Air. Most orders ship the same day or next business day and will arrive within 5 business days. However, occasionally an order may take up to 10 days to arrive. For a more precise estimate of shipping time to your location please see the UPS Ground Map application.

You will receive an email from UPS as soon as your package is shipped from our facility. This email will contain a UPS tracking number which you can use to track the shipping status of your order. You can track you order at the UPS website. We will also update the status of your order in your account as "shipped" and include the UPS tracking # for your reference.
